Currently we have a service network in all metros. We deliver the kiosks in plug-and-play mode & offer remote assistance with setup/installation incase you are outside the major metros in India.
First level of support is via remote assistance. Incase there is any hardware issue detected, our service team will visit onsite within 48 hours to address the issue. Onsite visit is available in all metro cities at the moment.
We offer a 1 year product warranty that covers defective electrical components including sensors, onboard computer, SMPS etc. Warranty does not cover physical damages, wear and tear, environmental or voltage fluctuation related damages.
TX-99 is CE certified. Kiosks also have ISO 13485 (medical devices) certification. Onboard sensors have undergone calibration testing at NABL accredited labs.
Yes. We can integrate TX-99 with RFID based smart card readers. Such integration is custom development and price for that integration will be charged separately.
