Refund and Cancellation Policy

International customers

For international customers subscribing to monthly subscription plans, Arvi Red and Arvi Blue, customers cancelling within 30 days of activating subscription will get a full refund minus cost of device installation & any services offered upto the period of cancellation. Customers cancelling after 30 days will not be refunded monthly subscription fees that was already deducted.

Domestic customers

For domestic customers subscribing to one-time pricing plans, Arvi Lite and Arvi Plus, customers cancelling within 30 days of activating subscription will get a full refund minus cost of device installation & any services offered upto the period of cancellation. No cancellation allowed after 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Once payment is received, Arvi will deliver the device at designated address and complete installation within 3 business days. Business days are defined as ‘Monday-Friday’ and not including holidays and weekends. Customers will not pay any additional fees for shipping as the shipping fees is included in the activation cost.
